Protests erupt outside Kasba Police station as 3 arrested in alleged Kolkata college gang rape
A pantry car of the Delhi-bound Swatantrata Senani Superfast Express caught fire near Pandasarai Gumti in Bihar on Monday. The train started from Darbhanga station and soon a spark started flying under the pantry car.
The train was immediately stopped and the passengers began to evacuate the cars. Firefighters immediately rushed to the scene to put out the flames.
According to reports from our correspondent, the Chief Inspector of Darbhanga railway station said that there was no damage to the train.
The train was sent to Samastipur for further investigation. Officials have not yet determined the cause of the fire.
